This dual-threat role is critical for minimizing downtime and maximizing production. You will be responsible for the rapid diagnosis and repair of complex electrical systems (PLCs, VFDs, motors) and mechanical equipment (hydraulics, gearboxes, conveyors). What You'll Do :

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, motors, and control panels
• Perform mechanical repairs on plant equipment, conveyors, and machinery
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams and schematics
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Assist in upgrades and new equipment installations
