The Role :

As our Senior Engineering Manager focusing on product engineering, you will play a crucial role mentoring peers and delivering high-quality web applications. You will identify new opportunities for enhancing our digital products and set the direction and roadmap for full-stack engineering initiatives. Collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams you’ll ensure seamless integration of web technologies into our products, setting new standards for user experience and application performance.

Location : This is a hybrid role where you'll be onsite 2-3 days a week in our SF, CA or NY, NY office.

Responsibilities :

• Hire, lead, and mentor a team of full-stack engineers in designing and developing scalable web applications using Node.js and ReactJS.
• Establish and maintain coding standards, code reviews, and continuous integration practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of project plans and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and advocate for their appropriate adoption.

For residents of San Francisco / Bay Area, CA or New York, NY the annual salary range for this role is $245,000 - $270,000 + annual bonus. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, annual bonus, and other factors.
