Campus Building Engineer

Our Campus Building Engineer will provide direct assistance to the lead engineer along with other assistant building maintenance engineers in repair and maintenance of rooftop units, heat pumps, fire & jockey pumps, fire panel, on-site generators, electrical closets, and entire building envelope across our Corporate Campus. And must provide assistance to the entire United Services department, along with interior buildouts.

Shifts available are 9am-6pm or 2pm-11pm

What You Will Be Doing

• Maintain and monitoring of the building automation system
• Provide preventative maintenance on the HVAC systems
• Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment is properly installed and maintained
• Inventory of critical building maintenance supplies
• Respond to emergency situations
• General repairs and maintenance
• Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the job, including but not limited to bending, lifting, reaching, and pulling of heavy mechanical equipment

Perform all duties in a safe manner, following all safety procedures
