Responsibilities
Maintain and monitoring of the building automation systemProvide preventative maintenance on the HVAC systemsEnsure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment is properly installed and maintainedInventory of critical building maintenance suppliesRespond to emergency situationsGeneral repairs and maintenanceMust be able to perform all physical aspects of the job, including but not limited to bending, lifting, reaching, and pulling of heavy mechanical equipmentPerform all duties in a safe manner, following all safety procedures
Qualifications
Must Have Qualifications :
High School DiplomaBoiler operations licenseHVAC refrigerant licenseCentrifugal Chiller experienceFire panel experiencePhysical plant experienceMake independent and good judgement decisions within proper policy and proceduresMust be detailed oriented and have satisfactory literacy and writing, documentation, communications and interpersonal abilities along with basic computer skillsSometimes be able to work alone responsibly and without supervisionMeet all legal requirements to be able to work in the United StatesMeet all legal requirements to work in the United StatesAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with team members, vendors and the public, to understand and follow standard operating procedures, to perform duties in a professional manner and appearanceMeet minimum requirements set by insurer to drive a company vehicle :No moving traffic violations set by insurer to drive a company vehicleNo at fault accidents in the past 3 yearsHave not had a driver's license denied, suspended or revoked in the last 3 yearsNo driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUI) convictions in the last 3 years
