Responsibilities :
- Present, promote and sell products / services to existing customers
- Negotiating pricing quotes and promotions
- Makes recommendations for the customer
- Lead by example with the ability to create and maintain good working relationships with customers, team members and other departments
- Analyze performance problems and work with team members to improve
- Troubleshoot with customers and handle escalated calls
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and create motivation
- Demonstrate the ability to learn about our products and services to become the expert for the customer aiding in effortless resolution
