Position Brand Description :

The Global Facilities Delivery (GFD) Organization, part of Corporate Engineering and Health & Safety, delivers new and renovated capital assets around the world. Our mission is accomplished through a highly leveraged organization of design, construction and qualification contractors. Many of the assets delivered focus on medical innovation and delivering innovative solutions to patients. Some of the assets delivered will support an expansion or recapitalization in supply of existing medicines or making the supply chain more robust.

Key Objectives / Deliverables :

Administrative : Manage a staff of exempt level employees performing tasks such as : ePMs, Development Plans, staffing and planning models, workload assignments and compensation reviews. Manage departmental expenses for cost center.

Compliance : Throughout the project lifecycle influence project execution to remain in compliance with Corporate Policies and Procedures : FRAP, CPDM, GQS / EFS / EDS. Safety / Environmental, Regulatory, and applicable Government regulations.

Safety / Environment : Influence on creating and maintain the safety culture within the Lilly staff and the design and construction resources they use to execute work. Actively engage in safety / environmental event reviews and corrective actions.

Divisional Leadership : participate in GFD Leadership activities weekly lead teams, quarterly divisional meetings, staff administration, improvement teams and divisional team building activities.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

$151,500 - $222,200

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
