Coiler Winder :
Pay : $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to operate winding equipment and assemble Current and Power Transformers.
Responsibilities :
- Read and follow wiring diagrams and production sheets for accurate assembly.
- Record processing information on production sheets as required.
- Set up and operate winding machines based on winding specifications.
- Calibrate turn counters and test coils for accuracy.
- Solder terminals to magnet wire with precision.
- Insert cores / laminates into coils and complete final assembly.
- Inspect transformers for exposed wires and clean them after the resin process.
- Install hardware and apply pre-test labels as needed.
- Follow all safety rules, procedures, and company guidelines.
