Line and Grill Cook Duties :

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Operate grill and other kitchen equipment effectively and safely.
• Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an appealing manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
