Position Title : Quality, Safety & Compliance Analyst
Position Overview :
S2Technologies is actively seeking a Quality, Safety & Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic Team. The individual in this position reports directly to the CEO / COO or Standards Support Group Lead. Collaborates closely with Program Managers, Corporate Compliance, IT Security, HR, and the Quality Management Representative to ensure organizational and contract-level compliance with all applicable standards, roles and responsibilities.

- Collaborates closely with Program Managers, Corporate Compliance, IT Security, HR, and the Quality Management Representative to ensure organizational and contract-level compliance with all applicable standards, roles and responsibilities.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely corrective actions and continuous improvement tracking.
- Serve as the company's focal point for environmental, health, and safety programs across contract locations.
- Oversee incident reporting, root-cause analysis, and CAPA effectiveness tracking.
- Support program managers in ensuring contract PWS compliance related to safety, quality, and environmental performance.
- Maintain compliance documentation and records in accordance with Document Management Process requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for both corporate and customer sites.
- Facilitate management review meetings and ensure compliance KPIs are reported and monitored.
- Coordinate sustainability and environmental stewardship initiatives that align with company and customer goals.
- Collaborate with Program Managers and the Process Group Lead to integrate HSEQ practices into daily operations and project delivery.
- Promote a proactive culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and quality excellence throughout the organization.
- Serve as primary liaison with regulatory agencies and oversee compliance reporting obligations.
- Prepare, track, and report on HSEQ performance metrics and initiatives to senior management and program leadership.
- Deliver safety, environmental, and quality training and awareness programs to employees, contractors, and management personnel.
- Support certification and audit processes (internal, customer, and third-party), ensuring timely corrective action and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company and contract requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, workplace inspections, and incident investigations to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive HSEQ policies, procedures, and programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001, and DoD safety requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain integrated Quality and EHS programs aligned with QMS, CMMI, and CMMC frameworks.
Additional HSEQ Qualifications :
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with commitment to continuous improvement and compliance culture.Demonstrated ability to lead risk assessments, safety audits, and root-cause investigations.Certifications such as OSHA 30 / 40-hour, ISO Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, CSP, CIH, or equivalent are highly desirable.Comprehensive understanding of OSHA, EPA, ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001, and DoD / AFSOC / MCRC compliance frameworks.Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).3-5+ years of professional experience in HSEQ, Quality, or Environmental compliance roles, ideally within defense, aerospace, or government contracting.S2Technologies is an equal-opportunity employer.
