A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Consultant I.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and perform analysis on policy language, regulatory changes, competitor products, market needs, and emerging issues
Develop and maintain policy forms, policyholder notices, and manage timelines for research, development, filing, and implementation
Identify and track regulatory changes at the state and federal level and notify key stakeholders to ensure compliance
Required Qualifications
2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Legal background a plus
2+ years of property and casualty insurance industry experience
Knowledge of standard personal lines programs of insurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
