Description : Job Summary

The assistant director for marketing partners with Delta Gamma Council, Executive Offices staff and volunteers to deliver innovative marketing, web, media and creative solutions that advance Delta Gamma Fraternity’s mission. This role serves as the organization’s lead designer and project manager for marketing and communications initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and inspiring brand presence across all platforms.

This position is full-time and eligible for Delta Gamma benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off and employer paid life insurance, short term disability and long term disability.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Design Leadership

• Lead in-house graphic design efforts, including online graphics, collateral layout and visual reviews.
• Serve as a steward of the Delta Gamma brand and micro-brands, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Contribute to brand strategy, evolving and expanding the visual identity to align with organizational goals.
• Edit and produce video content as needed.
