Harpak-ULMA is growing! We're seeking a talented and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial efforts in the Norther CA, Nevada and Utah region. If you thrive on building customer relationships, delivering tailored packaging solutions, and driving meaningful results, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers across the Northern CA, Utah and Nevada region.
• Sell Harpak-ULMA's complete portfolio of packaging equipment, parts, and services.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey-from prospecting and quoting to post-sale support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and product managers to create impactful customer experiences.
• Own territory performance : plan and achieve annual business goals, manage budgets, and track pipeline health through CRM tools (HubSpot, FileMaker Pro).
• Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and sales meetings.
• Keep pace with competitors and emerging trends in packaging and automation.
