A healthcare organization in central Connecticut is seeking a part-time OBGYN physician to provide comprehensive women's health services in a well-established practice.
Length : January through March
Schedule : 2-3 days per week, including weekday call coverage (preferably Tuesday) and one weekend per month.
Setting : outpatient care and labor & delivery coverage.
Responsibilities
- Provide a full spectrum of gynecological and obstetrical care, including :
- Preventive screenings (breast, cervical cancer)
- Menstrual and menopause management
- STD treatment and contraceptive counseling
- Prenatal, postpartum, and breastfeeding support
- Routine and surgical gynecological procedures
- Labor and delivery coverage
- Collaborate with a supportive team of colleagues and hospital staff
- Utilize integrated EMR systems for documentation (eClinicalWorks in office; Meditech in hospital)
- Participate in call coverage as scheduled
Qualifications
