Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

A healthcare organization in central Connecticut is seeking a part-time OBGYN physician to provide comprehensive women's health services in a well-established practice.

Length : January through March

Schedule : 2-3 days per week, including weekday call coverage (preferably Tuesday) and one weekend per month.

Setting : outpatient care and labor & delivery coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full spectrum of gynecological and obstetrical care, including :
• Preventive screenings (breast, cervical cancer)
• Menstrual and menopause management
• STD treatment and contraceptive counseling
• Prenatal, postpartum, and breastfeeding support
• Routine and surgical gynecological procedures
• Labor and delivery coverage
• Collaborate with a supportive team of colleagues and hospital staff
• Utilize integrated EMR systems for documentation (eClinicalWorks in office; Meditech in hospital)
• Participate in call coverage as scheduled
