·Strong knowledge of CICS, CICSPlex, MQ on z/OS

·CICS & MQ Version Upgrades

·Experience working with: CICS Performance Analyzer, SAS, IBM Utilities and diagnostic tools such as Omegamon and Mainview for CICS

·Proficiency in the maintenance of IBM CICS & MQ software

·Skilled at troubleshooting problems in CICS & MQ environment.

·Strong dump analysis skills using IPCS

·Knowledgeable in z/OS CONNECT and WAS.

·Knowledgeable in zOSMF and ZOWE

·Experience in using Xpeditor, Strobe, CICS Explorer, SysView, Abend-Aid, File-Aid, CICS-CTG

·Experience in customizing ISPF Panels, RSU Maintenance, Analyzing and Fixing CICS Abends

·Procedural controls for operation
