Role Overview : The Procurement Analyst will support procurement operations within a multi-billion dollar acquisition program. This role is essential in ensuring timely, compliant, and value-driven purchasing activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly routed for approvals.
• Execute purchase orders in alignment with procurement policies, maintaining fairness, transparency, and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with procurement leads, specialists, contracting officers, technical teams, and suppliers to ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Maintain thorough records of procurement actions, including contract awards, modifications, and closeouts.
• Monitor and ensure timely execution of procurement activities to support program goals.

Qualifications : Strong background in procurement, contract management, or supply chain operations. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise : Minimum of 2 years experience in procurement or supply chain management. Experience conducting procurement and procurement analysis in federal or public-sector environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience interacting with clients and stakeholders. Proven ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments. Familiarity with supply market trends, supplier capabilities, and supply chain best practice Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance with the US government.

Preferred Skills : Experience working in federal procurement or supply chain roles. Prior experience in the aviation and / or construction industries.
