Job Description

Manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and the project team to maintain smooth operations.

Oversee quality control and ensure all work adheres to safety standards and regulations.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.

Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide updates on project milestones.

Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and professionally.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures during project execution.

Travel extensively to various project sites as required by the role.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in construction management, especially in overseeing multiple projects.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Knowledge of safety regulations and construction industry standards.

Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively for work assignments.
