We are hiring a Project Manager – Healthcare Data Analytics to lead analytics platform governance, healthcare data validation, training, and adoption. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in healthcare technology, data governance, and cross-functional project management.

Position Overview

The Project Manager – Data Analytics will be the primary owner of PBACO's healthcare analytics platforms, ensuring data accuracy, reporting reliability, and user adoption. You'll bridge the gap between data engineers, analysts, clinical teams, and business stakeholders—driving projects from intake to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Healthcare Analytics Platform Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of internal and external healthcare analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, custom dashboards, payer portals).
• Manage platform governance : access roles, naming conventions, version control, release notes, and documentation standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors for all analytics tools.
