About the Role
We're looking for a mission-driven Full-Stack Engineer to join our founding engineering team. You'll work across the stack-from database design and backend logic to beautiful front-end interfaces-shipping end-to-end features at lightning speed.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in a high-stakes, high-speed, all-in environment and is hungry to do the best work of their career.
What You'll Do
- Own, design, and build full-stack features from scratch (database to UI)
- Work with a small, intense team in a co-living environment to iterate quickly
- Shape engineering culture, technical architecture, and product decisions
- Develop internal tools and AI-driven interfaces to improve contractor workflows
- Push boundaries in defense software-speed and innovation are key
