The Company is looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the position of Director of Commercial Sales and Business Development. This key role involves crafting and implementing a successful commercial strategy to achieve revenue goals and enhance market presence. The successful applicant will utilize a robust professional network to seek out, negotiate, and onboard new key operator and aggregator partners within the region, while also fostering growth among existing clients.
The Director will lead a talented local team of sales and account managers and will oversee a dedicated support team. Collaboration with the marketing team will be crucial in bolstering B2C player engagement and brand awareness. Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and crucial client meetings will be essential to strengthening the brand image in the marketplace.
Candidates must possess at least 5 years of senior-level experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles within the B2B online gaming sector, showcasing a successful track record within the Latin American iGaming market. A vital requirement is an extensive and active network of senior contacts in online casino operators and aggregators across key Latin American markets.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with frequent travel, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and / or Portuguese. This role seeks a results-driven professional capable of delivering valuable market insights and player feedback to inform the development of a game portfolio tailored to regional needs.
