You will oversee the full lifecycle of the M&A process—from identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets to leading negotiations and ensuring smooth integration.

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, a history of working independently, and a well-established network within the industry. You will have the responsibility of building the M&A function from the ground up, making it a vital component of the company’s growth strategy. A strong record of 7-15 years in M&A, private equity, or a related field is essential, showcasing your ability to source and close impactful deals. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are crucial to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and present M&A strategies to the executive team.
