What You'll Do
Design, build & maintain Workday integrations (EIBs & Core Connectors)
Manage real-time data feeds to benefits carriers, payroll providers & more
Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy
Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Payroll & IT to meet business needs
Configure and support Workday Benefits & Payroll modules
Lead system testing, audits, and upgrades
Document integration processes and maintain change logs
What You Bring
3–5+ years of Workday integration experience (EIBs & Core Connectors required)
Strong understanding of HR, benefits & payroll workflows
Experience managing vendor file feeds and validating data
Bonus points for : Workday Studio, XML / XSLT, Calculated Fields
Detail-driven problem solver with strong communication skills
Degree in HR, Info Systems, or relevant experience
