Description

Under direct supervision, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Will assist students with completing assignments and helping understand course concepts.
Required Qualifications
Must have taken a computer hardware/software and networking course (CIT 114 & CIT 112)
A grade of A or B is required for any of the subject courses
Preferred Qualifications
Previous student support experience
Courses: CSCO 120, 121, 220, 221; CIT 173
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint IC3 Certified
