My client, a growing and dynamic experience-driven resort organization in high acquisition mode, is seeking a Property Controller . This role offers a good work / life balance and is on-site in Gatlinburg. This is a highly visible role, supported by the Regional Finance Manager and the Operations Director on-site. The salary goes up to $115,000. Permanent direct hire. Great benefits, including 401 (k) match.

Key Responsibilities of the Property Controller Role :

• The Property Controller will manage all accounting functions
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Safeguard company assets through audits and compliance oversight
• Analyze financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Oversee two reports
• Collaborate with resort leadership to support business decisions
