Position Summary :
The Senior Healthcare Programmer / Analyst is responsible for designing and executing SQL queries to extract and analyze healthcare data. Key responsibilities include developing and generating reports for Health Plans, such as ODAGs, Part C, and Inpatient Logs.
This role utilizes SSRS to format and automate recurring Health Plan reports and leverages Tableau to create clear, user-friendly dashboards for effective data presentation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare compliance reporting terminology and specifications, ensuring all reports are designed to meet regulatory requirements. Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent track record of producing accurate, high-quality work are critical. Advanced Excel skills are also essential to analyze data and align results with Health Plan reporting templates.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $115,000 - $125,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.
