Job Description
- The Sr. Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing the Enterprise business unit, focused specifically on new business. This is a team comprised of 6 sellers and 1 manager.
- The Sr. Sales Director will be coaching and supporting their team on account strategy to achieve their annual subscription targets and services goals.
- The Sr. Sales Director must be effective in addressing individual performance issues and leading sales training to enhance team performance.
Requirements
10+ years of experience carrying a quota and exceeding individual sales goals within a service-based or consultative sales environment5+ years managing a new-business team focused on enterprise accountsPrevious experience working within the tech or security space preferredConfidence and ability to facilitate executive level conversations around various topics with subject-matter expertsLocation : Hybrid work environment; Reporting to a Boston-based office 2-3 times per week. Travel 25% to within Territory as needed
