Thompkins Contracting, Inc is currently searching for experienced Equipment Operators to join our growing team. This is a full time hourly position.
Hours range between 40-50 + / - per week. All work performed will be in the industrial workplace.
Heavy Equipment Operator Requirements :
- Prior experience operating a variety of heavy equipment ( three years minimum ).
- Ability to efficiently operate Bulldozer, Wheel Loaders, Motor Grader, Etc.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- A sound understanding of pertinent safety guidelines.
- Capacity to provide and follow direction.
- Sharp decision-making skills, particularly when under pressure.
- Ability to work extended hours, as required.
- Must Maintain Equipment daily
