Instana Engineer

A company is looking for an Instana Engineer for a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

Identify training needs and collaborate with teams to develop solutions for customer requirements

Establish account governance and drive customer excellence in existing accounts

Install, deploy, upgrade, and maintain the Turbonomic Instana platform while ensuring customer value and adoption

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Math, CS, IT Business Management, Economics, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience

Turbonomic Instana Professional Certification and Agile / Scrum Certification or equivalent experience

10+ years of experience in infrastructure, datacenter, dev-ops, or architecture roles

5+ years of experience as a Professional Services Engineer, consultant, or Sales Engineer

Extensive field experience in virtualization, cloud computing architectures, and containers
