Now Hiring : Paid Media Manager (PPC)

Location : Troy, MI - Onsite

Full-Time | Smile Partners USA

Smile Partners USA, a private equity-backed Dental Service Organization, is seeking a Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in Troy, MI. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record in PPC campaign management, we want to hear from you!

As our PPC Manager , youll lead the charge in driving traffic, boosting conversions, and maximizing ROI across Google, Bing, Meta, and other platforms. Youll collaborate with a talented team to shape and execute high-performing campaigns that support dental offices nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Launch and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, and more
  • Conduct keyword research and write compelling ad copy
  • Optimize landing pages for performance and conversion

Optimization & Analysis

  • Monitor key metrics : CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates
  • Perform A / B testing, bid adjustments, and ad refinements
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance campaign strategy

    • Budget Oversight

  • Allocate and manage PPC budgets across campaigns
  • Track monthly expenditures and performance

    • Reporting & Collaboration

  • Generate performance reports with actionable insights
  • Present findings to marketing leadership and senior management
  • Collaborate with content and analytics teams to align strategies

    • Professional Development

  • Stay current with PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Attend workshops, webinars, and conferences to sharpen skills

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta
  • Strong grasp of PPC metrics and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Proficient in Google Ads Editor, Bing Ads Editor
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications are a plus

    • Preferred Skills

  • 46 years of success in digital ad campaigns
  • Experience in healthcare marketing and HIPAA-compliant lead generation
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Understanding of SEO and its integration with PPC
