$14 / hr + tips to start | 3035 hrs / week

Reports to : Floor Manager

Were looking for a hospitality-driven Lead Server ready to grow into a leadership role.

What Youll Do :

• Lead and support FOH team during service
• Deliver warm, consistent, high-quality guest experiences
• Help with floor charts, sidework, and team coaching
• Handle cashouts, balance deposits, and close out accurately
• Promote Nexus Neighbor program + upsell menu features

What You Bring :

• 1+ year of restaurant experience
• Strong communication + leadership potential
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
• 21+ with or able to get alcohol server certification
