3-6+ years of experience with relational database systems.
Strong experience with SQL Server in production support environments.
Proficiency with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
Experience with Windows environments and Python scripting.
Proven ability to manage access requests and ticket queues efficiently.
Experience working with large system and RDBMS enhancements, conversions, and production issue resolution.
Self-starter with appropriate responsiveness and ability to work independently.
