Summary

QA and Compliance Analysts (QA&C) are integral in supporting the quality assurance and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance of Community, Communications, and Marketing (CCM) assets. Their responsibilities include developing and upholding comprehensive guidelines and standards to guarantee all assets meet stringent benchmarks for functionality, accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency. These analysts perform detailed technical assessments by testing links, confirming interactive components, and evaluating the quality of both digital and printed materials to ensure optimal performance prior to release. Additionally, they work closely with SRP's internal legal counsel to facilitate compliance matters.

What You'll Do

Thoroughly review printed and digital assets (email campaigns, landing pages, web forms, etc.) across browsers and devices to ensure responsive design and optimal performance, rigorously testing all links, phone numbers, forms, videos, and interactive elements.

Demonstrate thorough attention to detail by finding errors in spelling, grammar, and factual accuracy, while supporting strict alignment with brand standards and compliance requirements.

Ensure the accuracy and presence of necessary legal marks, disclaimers and variable information on CCM produced assets.

Conduct ongoing audits of digital content to ensure functionality and compliance with brand standards and compliance requirements.

Document findings and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop QA&C checklists and workflows.

Serve as liaison with internal legal counsel, staying informed of regulatory changes, communicating key compliance updates to management and support teams, and acting as a subject matter expert on quality assurance and legal compliance across various marketing channels.

Stay informed of the latest advancements in AI technology and explore their potential applications in QA and compliance.

Train CCM staff on QA&C best practices.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Drug / Alcohol Policy Statement

To promote the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the communities we serve, SRP is committed to maintaining a drug / alcohol free work environment. Although marijuana may now be legal in Arizona, except as otherwise specified under Arizona law, SRP considers it to be an illegal drug for the purpose of our drug / alcohol policy because marijuana remains illegal at the federal level.
