Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Stockton, CA, for a General Sales Manager. The General Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring that sales objectives are met and exceeded. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing and training sales staff, analyzing market trends, fostering customer relationships, and collaborating with other departments to optimize dealership operations. The role also requires maintaining an outstanding level of customer service and driving dealership profitability.
