Community Access Services is seeking flexible and dedicated Area Relief Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across multiple locations . What is an Area Relief DSP? As an Area Relief DSP, you’ll step in where you’re needed most, covering shifts at various locations to ensure uninterrupted support for the individuals we serve. Your flexibility and willingness to work in different settings will make a meaningful impact!

What You’ll Do as an Area Relief DSP :

• Build person-centered relationships that promote independence, dignity, and joy.
• Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and personal care.
• Support individuals in enjoying community activities, recreation, and personal goals.
• Encourage skill development and social connections.
• Follow individualized support plans and behavioral strategies (training provided).
• Administer medications safely and maintain accurate records.
• Help ensure the home environment is safe, clean, and welcoming.
