We’re seeking a PMP-certified Program Manager with electric motor manufacturing experience to drive complex, multi-site projects to success. In this role, you’ll lead key product launches, manage budgets and risks, and keep stakeholders aligned, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution .

95 %+ success rate on New Product Introduction (NPI) milestones

95 %+ adherence to NPI program budgets

95 %+ customer satisfaction and stakeholder alignment

95 %+ on-time delivery for all customer purchase orders

Deliver measurable program impact, contributing at least 15% annually to company KPIs

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree (required)

PMP certification (required)

Experience in electric motor manufacturing (required)

Proven ability to manage technical, cross-functional programs with competing priorities

Working knowledge of motor designs, manufacturing methods, and supply chain processes

Strong background in project planning , financial / resource management , and stakeholder communication

A proactive approach to risk management , with a bias for action

A data-driven mindset , using metrics to improve outcomes and processes
