Job Description

Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through closeout. Manage subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and daily coordination. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve field issues. Conduct daily site walks, progress meetings, and maintain field documentation. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and local authorities. Mentor assistant superintendents and field staff. Represent the company professionally with clients and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up projects. Varied project experience (not limited to interiors or multifamily). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software. OSHA 30 certification and deep understanding of construction safety standards. Must be local to Northern Virginia or willing to commute regularly.
