Primary Responsibilities

The Transit Market Sector Leader - Central Region will partner with regional management and the Global Transit Market Sector Director to develop and execute transit and rail strategies across the region. Responsibilities include market assessment, client management, team coordination, staff development, project management, and improving technical competencies.

Additional duties :

• Provide leadership on multi-discipline projects and programs, including large capital programs, traditional project delivery, and alternative methods.
• Lead program growth for transit, intercity, and freight rail sectors; support strategic growth and client relationships.
• Assist in expanding services and winning contracts; support staff development and market needs alignment.
