Your Role : Facilitating Connection and Driving Collective Impact

You will be the Community Architect , helping us build a trusted, niche ecosystem around AI transformation for health care practices and organizations . Your success will be measured by the quality of the connections you foster and the collective value you create.

You will be the host and guide for our community, setting up and leading roundtables with practice managers, clinic directors, and healthcare administrators. You will be reaching out to potential collaborators and guests, building relationships based on mutual respect and shared goals, and crafting a rhythm that keeps people coming back because they are part of something valuable.

In practice, this means you will :

• Identify and invite mission-aligned leaders into targeted roundtable events focused on health care transformation.
• Lead and co-host those events, guiding meaningful group discussions around topics that truly matter, like ethical AI for patient scheduling, equitable medical billing, and human-centered practice management.
• Build and nurture a niche community of health care professionals dedicated to collective growth and shared learning.
• Support a rhythm of authentic follow-up that extends the conversation and deepens the community bond.
• Create genuine outreach that sparks conversation and resonates with our shared values (no copy-paste spam).
• Collaborate on long-term engagement strategies focused on community health and sustainability.
• Host interviews and podcast-style sessions to amplify the voices of those making a real difference in the health care space.
