Are You Seeking a Role Where Your Values Drive the Mission?
Do you believe that authentic connection and community building are the most powerful forces for change? Are you tired of transactional roles and searching for a place where your success is measured by the depth of the relationships you foster and the positive impact you create?
If your motivation is rooted in purpose, and you want to be part of a movement that puts human connection at the center of technological advancement, then AI4Teams is your community.
We are a company founded on the belief that high-tech must be paired with high-touch. While we leverage cutting-edge AI, our core mission is to empower people and build authentic communities. We are pioneering a community-led demand generation model that is the antithesis of cold, transactional outreach. We attract people by providing genuine value first. We are looking for a kindred spirit to help us build this movement, specifically within the vital college and university career services sector.
What This Role Is : A Catalyst for Meaningful Connection
This is a human-centric, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on facilitating deep, meaningful conversations and building authentic communities. You will be the architect of a niche ecosystem focused on ethical AI transformation for career services departments -not by pushing a product, but by facilitating experiences that drive collective growth and value.
Your primary focus will be on building bridges and fostering genuine dialogue. You will be setting up and leading roundtables with career services directors, counselors, and staff. You will be reaching out to potential collaborators and guests, building relationships based on mutual respect and shared purpose, and creating a continuous rhythm of engagement that people participate in because it genuinely serves their mission.
In practice, this means you will be :
What This Role Isn't : A Transactional Grind
This isn't a sales job. You're not here to hard-close or handle objections.
We fundamentally reject cold selling. Our most impactful relationships-and biggest wins-come from people who have experienced the value of our community and want to deepen their involvement.
If you're looking for a transactional, numbers-only environment where your success is measured solely by volume, this is not the right fit. We are focused on nurturing momentum through meaning .
What Makes You a Great Fit : Your Idealism and Empathy
You are a natural empath and a genuine connector. You are the kind of person people trust instantly because your intentions are clear and rooted in service. You genuinely enjoy learning what drives people, what their challenges are, and how you can help them achieve their mission. When you hear "AI," your first instinct is to explore how it can be used to empower people and build a better future.
You are curious, deeply empathetic, and unafraid to lead a conversation with heart. Above all, you are a follow-through person-the one who not only brings people together but ensures the experience is valuable and purpose-driven.
You might not be an AI expert (yet), but you are intellectually hungry for ways to apply technology for good. You enjoy figuring things out, playing with tools, and helping people see the big picture-especially when it involves creating a more human-centered future.
A Day in the Life : Impact and Connection
You might start your day reviewing a list of prospects for a niche roundtable we're hosting, focused on the ethical application of AI in career services. You'll identify a few key people on LinkedIn and start thoughtful, personalized outreach, inviting them not to a "quick call," but to join a real, purpose-driven conversation with peers.
Next, you're co-hosting a roundtable session you helped organize. Ten to fifteen leaders from the career services world are engaged in a deep discussion, and you're guiding the dialogue, ensuring every voice is heard and the conversation remains focused on impact. After the session, you're updating your post-event flow : a mix of personalized thank-yous, relevant resources, and invitations to next steps that align with their mission.
Later that afternoon, you're prepping for a podcast-style interview with someone who is a true champion for students in the career services space. Every piece of the process ladders up to building momentum-for them, for us, and for the community we're building together.
What We're Looking For : Heart and Drive
We're not looking for a "perfect resume." We're looking for the right person whose heart is in the right place.
You might come from a background in non-profit management, community organizing, education, or client success-but you've always known you weren't meant for the kind of role that just hits KPIs and moves on.
You are driven by purpose, excited by the idea of helping shape a new, human-centered motion in the career services space, and ready to roll up your sleeves to build something that doesn't just scale-it resonates deeply.
What You'll Get : Purpose and Support
