You'll be helping us build a niche ecosystem around AI transformation for non-profits - not by pitching products, but by facilitating meaningful experiences that drive value.

You'll be trained to set up and lead roundtables with executive directors, development officers, and program managers from various non-profit organizations. You'll learn our proven method for building relationships over time, crafting authentic outreach, and creating a community that thrives on its own momentum.

In practice, that means you will :

• Be Trained to identify and invite the right people into targeted roundtable events for the non-profit sector.
• Learn to Lead or co-host those events and guide meaningful group discussions around topics like AI for fundraising, grant writing, and volunteer management.
• Receive Mentorship on how to build and nurture a niche community of non-profit leaders.
• Follow a Structured Process for post-event follow-up touchpoints.
• Develop authentic outreach skills that spark conversation (not copy-paste spam).
• Collaborate on long-term engagement workflows and strategies.
• Gain Experience running pre-calls, interviews, and podcast-style sessions with standout voices in the non-profit space.

Next, you're in a roundtable session you helped organize, co-hosting with a mentor. After the session, you're updating your post-event flow : a mix of personalized follow-ups, relevant resources, and invitations to next steps (when it makes sense).

Later that afternoon, you're prepping for a podcast-style interview or setting up a drip campaign, all while receiving direct feedback and guidance from our experienced team. Every piece of the process is designed to help you grow and succeed.
