You will be fully trained to help us build a niche ecosystem around AI transformation for career services departments - not by selling, but by facilitating high-value experiences and conversations.

You will be mentored on how to set up and co-host roundtables with career services directors and staff. We will teach you how to identify potential collaborators, build professional relationships over time, and craft a consistent engagement rhythm that keeps people coming back because they want to be part of the community.

In practice, your training and responsibilities will cover :

• Targeted Outreach : Learning how to identify and invite the right people into targeted roundtable events for the college career services sector.
• Facilitation Skills : Co-hosting events and learning to guide meaningful group discussions around topics like AI for resume building, interview prep, and connecting students with employers.
• Community Nurturing : Building and maintaining a niche community of career services professionals with structured guidance.
• Follow-Up Systems : Supporting a clear rhythm of follow-up touchpoints after the roundtables using our established workflows.
• Authentic Communication : Crafting outreach that sparks conversation (we will teach you how to avoid copy-paste spam).
• Strategy Collaboration : Collaborating on long-term engagement workflows and strategies as you grow in the role.
• Interview Practice : Occasionally running pre-calls and podcast-style sessions to go deeper with standout voices in the career services space, with full support and coaching.
