A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their team remotely in Hawaii.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities

Provide personalized attention and exceptional care to passengers

Manage tasks of increasing complexity as skills progress

Required Qualifications

Must currently reside in Hawaii

1 year of Call Center experience

6 months of Customer Service experience

Basic typing / computer experience with excellent navigational skills

High-speed Internet access with specific upload and download speeds
