SingTone Technologies is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to support and optimize the testing environments. In this role, you will lead automation initiatives, mentor QA staff, and ensure best practices are consistently applied across mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in test automation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with LeapWork. This is a hybrid position, requiring three (3) days on-site and two (2) days remote each week.
Required Skills :
Strong troubleshooting and documentation abilities.
Ability to interpret test cases for both high-level and functional processes.
Effective collaboration in hybrid and virtual team environments.
Knowledge of testing methodologies and practices.
Familiarity with SQL (basic level).
Understanding of web and desktop applications.
Proficiency in data-driven automation, reusable sub-flows, and locator control.
Experience with schedules, run lists, reports, dashboards, and performance troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong process and gap analysis skills.
Qualifications / Skills :
Bachelor's Degree in information management systems or a related field
10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including requirements review, test scenario design, and QA tools scripting.
8+ years of experience in IT environments, including cloud computing and on-premises solutions.
At least 3 recent (within the past 36 months) LeapWork test scripting engagements.
Experience with tracking tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as LeapWork, Selenium, Silk Test, or Rational Functional Tester.
Essential Job Functions :
Provide technical leadership and guidance on LeapWork scripting and ITIL best practices.
Train QA staff on efficient LeapWork use and ensure knowledge transfer.
Build LeapWork frameworks based on prioritized test cases and mentor QA staff in best practices.
Develop test scenarios, detailed test case documentation, and automation logic.
Create manual test scripts to support automation development.
Develop automated test flows within the LeapWork platform for identified processes.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolution efforts.
Generate reports on test execution results and defect logging.
Develop user training materials for sustaining and expanding automation efforts.
Certifications :
Valid LeapWork Test Automation Certification obtained within the past three (3) years.
Work Status :
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Remote work must be performed within the U.S.; work from outside the country is not allowed without written approval.
Hybrid schedule (Monday–Friday) :
Three (3) days on-site
Two (2) days remote at a suitable off-site location
