Engagement : 5-Year Contract (Labor-Hour, NTE)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 A.M.–4 : 30 P.M. ET

About The Role

Join a high-impact Quality Assurance initiative supporting critical Judiciary Information Systems. We need a Leapwork Subject Matter Expert who can design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale automation frameworks for both web and desktop applications. You will lead automation strategy, mentor team members, and deliver measurable efficiency gains from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and script automated test flows and reusable sub-flows using Leapwork.
• Implement data-driven automation, schedules, run lists, and advanced reporting.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize test execution.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to create test scenarios and documentation.
• Mentor internal QA staff, providing hands-on training and best-practice guidance.
• Produce clear defect logs, knowledge-transfer artifacts, and maintenance guides.

Required Qualifications

(Note : A formal Leapwork certification is not required , but advanced hands-on expertise is essential.)
