Who You Are

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced UX / UI Designer to transform complex financial products into intuitive, user-centered experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and iterate on web and mobile applications, with a strong emphasis on integrating AI into design workflows to accelerate prototyping and improve user outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Create UX artifacts including user journey maps, personas, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma and its various products (Figma, FigJam, Figma Slides, Figma Make).
• Integrate AI tools into design workflows to streamline iteration and enhance prototyping speed.
• Conduct usability testing to validate design direction and synthesize feedback into actionable design improvements.
• Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across platforms, including our AEM-powered portal.
• Translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-friendly solutions for web, mobile, and internal tools.
• Designs with W3C web accessibility standards and provide recommendations to bring preexisting apps and / or designs up to standard.
• Prepare and present design iterations to internal teams and key stakeholders
