About the Role

Validity is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our product team. In this role, you\'ll work on complex user experience challenges for our suite of email success and optimization products. You\'ll create intuitive interfaces that help our customers understand complex data, streamline their workflows, and maximize the value of our solutions. Validity\'s product team values collaboration, user-centered thinking, and data-driven decision making. You\'ll join a group that\'s passionate about solving complex problems for our enterprise customers while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features
• Create clear, actionable data visualizations that help users extract insights from complex data
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to identify opportunities, shape product direction, and iterate based on customer feedback
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate findings into your designs
• Apply and extend our design system to maintain consistency
• Transform complex user needs into elegant, intuitive solutions
• Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders
