Manage all on-site activities for Class A construction projects to ensure timely and quality completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain smooth project progress. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders. Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays effectively and efficiently. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Foster strong relationships with clients to maintain a high level of satisfaction. Train and mentor on-site staff to uphold professional standards and practices.

A successful Traveling Superintendent - Class A should have :
