We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Manager in driving growth across Latin America. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment and enjoys both hands-on operational tasks and strategic execution.

What You’ll Do :

Partner with the Sales Manager to plan and manage multiple sales and marketing projects.

Act as liaison between U.S., Latin American clients / distributors, and headquarters.

Conduct competitive market research and data analysis using tools like Power BI and Tableau.

Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies (ATL / BTL, social media, direct campaigns).

Manage CRM (Salesforce) and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp).

Prepare impactful presentations for C-level executives using advanced tools and AI.

Collaborate across departments (Customer Service, Purchasing, Logistics, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of sales objectives.

Stay ahead of medical device market trends, regulations, and health-tech innovations.

What We’re Looking For :

Bilingual English / Spanish preferred (Bilingual English / Japanese is a plus).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

4–6 years’ experience as a Sales or Marketing Coordinator, ideally in medical devices or healthcare.

Strong analytical skills with experience in Tableau / Power BI and data-driven decision-making.

Proven background in marketing campaign management (ATL, BTL, social media).

Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), KPIs / OKRs, and strategic frameworks like SOSTAC.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in-office and travel when needed.
