The Health and Safety Specialist is responsible for leading and maintaining a robust occupational health and safety management system and ensuring the overall health and safety of all personnel. This role involves developing, implementing, and continuously improving health and safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, managing compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a strong safety culture across the organization. This role requires exceptional communication and influencing skills to engage personnel at all levels and drive a prevention-focused safety mindset. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, collaborative safety leader with a strong technical understanding of health and safety standards applicable to both construction and general industry.
