Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Coordination :
- Collaborate with subproject teams and departments to integrate tracking of planning processes.
- Implement measures to address goal deviations in coordination with project leadership.
- Plan and facilitate planning workshops with subproject leaders.
- Report project status to plant and project leadership.
Methods :
- Establish and apply efficient ways for managing and controlling target-oriented processes.
- Organize production planning summaries and project-oriented meetings.
- Ensure effective communication and information flow within subprojects.
- Integrate project management methods and instruments.
- Document methods as best practices for current and future projects.
Processes :
- Develop new processes to support target achievement in costs, milestones, and quality.
- Coordinate and prepare various meetings and related documents with subproject leaders.
- Identify and address deviations in aligned processes.
Project Controlling :
Assign tasks and initiate open point tracking within the project.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results.
