Do you love being in contact with people and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills? In the role of Customer Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our customers and bring significant added value to our daily business. You have the opportunity to actively develop yourself and your position.

Responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and advise them by phone
  • You are responsible for the care of our customers during and after the service provider's visit
  • You pass on your customer experiences to related teams to initiate improvements

Qualification

  • Strong communicator with a great interest in customer contact (mostly via phone)
  • High level of commitment, initiative, and team capability
  • Quick understanding and efficient, self-reliant working style
  • High motivation with the will to achieve and exceed ambitious goals
  • German : Negotiating proficiency in German (spoken and written) & English - professional
  • Plus, but not required

  • Experience with CRM systems and Google products is also an advantage
